I’m an advocate for ending youth homelessness. I’m on the Young Professionals board for Covenant House International, a movement and an organization I’ve had the privilege of being involved with my entire life. They cover the entire spectrum of care to bring children from the streets to complete independence and self-sufficiency:

• Outreach to recruit homeless youth and bring them to one of their “houses”

• Crisis care to provide medical and psychological services to address immediate needs stemming from things like addiction and abuse

• Housing and training resources to help youth pursue GEDs, college degrees and apply for jobs

I’m an entrepreneur and coach. My favorite thing to do is to help people fully steward the potential that God gave them. Entrepreneurship is a beautiful way to express creativity and reflect God, our creator. When we take ideas or raw materials and turn them into products and services that help humans flourish, there is no feeling like it. It fills me with a sense of awe and gratitude to get to join God in his work in the world.

From my coaching business to Malachi Daily (a texting service that helps you memorize Scripture), to fun side-projects like writing Daddy Loves You or being a strategic advisor at uWit.app, I come alive when I get to create something from nothing. The intersection of people, business and faith lights me up!

I’m an athlete. I love sports. I grew up playing all kinds of sports and currently play basketball, soccer, golf, tennis, softball and volleyball. Sports taught me discipline, the value of working well with others, and how to find joy when the going gets tough. I’ve seen the power of sports to transform lives and build bridges between people of different backgrounds and I hope to be able to play well into old age!

My mission is to equip Christian entrepreneurs and leaders with the tools, habits, and mindset to reach their God-given potential through coaching, teaching, and community.

Vision

My vision is to support 10,000 Jesus followers in their pursuit of personal, spiritual, and business excellence by 2030.

I envision a community of Christians who feel alive at the deepest level of their being. Fear and distractions no longer determine their actions and are instead replaced by faith in God and a focus on what truly matters. The way they live and work sings to God and causes others to say, "I want whatever they have."

I envision a community of believers who resemble Jesus and allow the Gospel to permeate into every area of their lives - they constantly grow, love their work, have thriving relationships, and are spiritually, emotionally, and physically healthy. At work, home, and in their communities, their lives demonstrate love and as a result, people are drawn to be a part of the family of God.
